Family run Pimhill Farm at Harmer Hill, near Shrewsbury, Shropshire was one of the first farms in the UK to be converted to organic in 1949. Run by Ginny Mayall and her husband Ian Anderson the farm has a dairy herd of 280 cows and grows arable crops.
